College/Renewal Application

Applicants must:

Complete the entire scholarship application.
Submit one (1) letter of recommendation from teachers, guidance counselors, employers, mentors or community leaders. Recommendations in .doc, .rtf or .txt files will not be accepted. The recommendation can be sent directly via email from the person writing on your behalf. It must be signed (e-signatures are acceptable).
Write a minimum one-page essay addressing one of the questions on page four of this application. The essay must be typed and double-spaced. You may use additional pages if necessary.
Submit unofficial transcript for Fall 2023-Winter 2024. Completed classes must have an alpha or numeric grade.
All documents must be submitted in pdf format.
